Con una superficie de 180 metros cuadrados, el proyecto se centra en las necesidades de fitness de los residentes de todas las edades, creando un espacio de fitness cubierto y accesible para todos que integra el ejercicio diario, la correcci\u00f3n postural y el entrenamiento de rehabilitaci\u00f3n, lo que compensa a la perfecci\u00f3n la escasez de servicios p\u00fablicos de fitness en la comunidad.\u200b<br><br>Teniendo en cuenta la diversidad de los grupos de usuarios \u2014entre los que se incluyen adolescentes, j\u00f3venes y personas de mediana edad aficionadas al ejercicio f\u00edsico, as\u00ed como residentes de edad avanzada\u2014, nuestro equipo, tras un estudio in situ, dividi\u00f3 cient\u00edficamente el recinto en tres zonas funcionales: zona de ejercicio aer\u00f3bico, zona de entrenamiento de fuerza ligero y zona de estiramientos para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de personas mayores. En cada m\u00e1quina se han colocado etiquetas ilustrativas con instrucciones de uso para facilitar su manejo incluso a los usuarios sin experiencia previa. Ofrecemos servicios integrales y gratuitos, que incluyen la planificaci\u00f3n del espacio, la instalaci\u00f3n de los equipos, la puesta a punto y la inspecci\u00f3n de seguridad, con el fin de garantizar la creaci\u00f3n de un espacio de fitness estandarizado y funcional.<br><br>La finalizaci\u00f3n del gimnasio comunitario permite a los residentes hacer ejercicio c\u00f3modamente cerca de casa y enriquece la vida cultural y deportiva de la comunidad.
